Calculation of calories and macronutrients From the personal diet.

to the OMS formula TMB = 17.5 x P + 651= 1753,5 Kcal
We multiplie the result by
1,8 (exercise you make weekly)

grammar unit 4 (conditionals)
- Zero: If/When + present...present If you heat water, it boils
- First: If/Unless + present...future If I play good, I will play the match
- Second: If + would...past participle If I were you,I wold buy the red one.
- Third: If + past participle...would have + past participle If I had won the loterry, I would have travelled around the world.7
- I wish/ If only: + past simple = desire
- + would = complain
- + past perfect = regret
